Pumpkin Soup

Simple recipe perfect for the pumpkin season!

Requires onions, vegetable oil, pumpkins, potatoes, stock cubes, nutmeg, salt, pepper, sour cream, parsley and pumpkin seed oil.

Super simple Curry Coconut Chicken

This simple 3C (curry coconut chicken) recipe really relies on the 3rd letter of the alphabet . khe he he. Bad pun intended. But the meal is delicious, and needs only basic ingredients to make :) (Modified from Roma's recipe on allfood.com) Served with rice (prepared with onion-- you eat less rice, and it has a nice sweet flavour)

Requires chicken breast, salt, pepper, coconut oil, curry powder, onions, garlic, coconut milk, coconut, canned tomatoes, tomato purée, sugar, rice and onions.

Takes 60 mins.

Makes 4 servings.

The simplest custard recipe we could find. And it works! (Original recipe by truebrit on geniuskitchen.com)

Requires milk, corn starch, sugar, eggs and vanilla essence.
